PROYECTO DE FORMACION: MÓDULO DE CONVIVENCIA POR COMPETENCIAS, EN EL MARCO DEL MODELO PARA EDUCACIÓN POSTCONFLICTO DEL PAÍS
El presente artículo es una descripción y explicación de la aplicación práctica del Módulo de formación por competencias, para la convivencia, en el marco del modelo para educación postconflicto del país (Colombia) y se trata de describir y explicar los fundamentos y procesos que sustentan la “operacionalización” y estructuración de dicho módulo y la manera de ponerlo en práctica a través de un proyecto de formación. Esta propuesta tiene su origen en el XIII Congreso Internacional sobre el Enfoque Basado en Competencias CIEBC2017, donde expusimos la propuesta del módulo. Se trata de la construcción del diseño curricular con las estrategias y didácticas que desarrollen las competencias por parte de los estudiantes, de acuerdo con los elementos establecidos para dichas competencias, lo cual tiene que ver con el proceso para una formación de calidad que permita aprender con sentido y significado para desempeñarse en los diferentes contextos y situaciones, en convivencia y paz como marco el cambio de conducta en el postconflicto.

Abstract:
This article is a description and explanation of the practical application of the Competency Training Module, for coexistence, within the framework of the country's post-conflict education model (Colombia) and it is about describing and explaining the foundations and processes that support the “Operationalization” and structuring of said module and the way to put it into practice through a training project. This proposal has its origin in the XIII International Congress on the CIEBC2017 Competency-Based Approach, where we presented the module proposal. It is about the construction of the curricular design with the strategies and didactics that develop the competences on the part of the students, in accordance with the elements established for said competences, which has to do with the process for a quality training that allows learning with sense and meaning to perform in different contexts and situations, in coexistence and peace as the great framework of conduct in the post-conflict.
