PROYECCION CIENTIFICA DE LA UNIVERSIDAD KATYAVALA BWILA – ANGOLA, ANTE LOS RETOS ACTUALES DE LA REGION
La Universidad Katyavala Bwila situada en la provincia de Benguela (Angola), al igual que prácticamente el resto del país, se caracteriza por un atraso en su desarrollo social y económico, y consecuentemente con una insuficiente aplicación de la ciencia y la innovación tecnológica en los procesos productivos y de servicios. Dada esta realidad y en cumplimiento de su pertinencia social, la Universidad Katyavala Bwila se ha propuesto elaborar su estrategia de cómo gestionar la ciencia, de forma tal que propicie un significativo aumento en cantidad y calidad de su producción científica. En atención a esta necesidad, se ha diseñado un sistema de gestión de la ciencia y la superación posgraduada, proyectando la constitución de centros de investigación y de estudio que en sinergia con los existentes en el territorio, propicien la dinamización e impacto de la investigación científica y los estudios de posgrado en el sistema económico y social de la Región.

Abstract:
Katyavala Bwila University (UKB) located in Benguela province (Angola), like practically the rest of the country, is characterized by a backwardness in its social and economic development, and consequently in an insufficient application of scientific and technological innovation in the productive processes and services. Given this reality and in compliance with its social relevance, the Katyavala Bwila University has proposed its strategy of how to handle science, so that it will lead to a significant increase in the quantity and quality of its scientific production. In attention to this need, it has designed a system of management of the science and the overcoming postgraduate, projecting the creation of research and study centres that in synergy with others in the territory, provide the promotion and impact scientific research and the studies of postgraduate in the economic and social system of the Region.
