PROPUESTA DE METODOLOGÍA DE ANÁLISIS CONVERSACIONAL EN LA INTERVENCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS QUE ENFRENTAN LOS CENTROS EDUCATIVOS: UNA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE SOLUCIONES

El artículo aborda los desafíos actuales que enfrentan los centros educativos y propone una metodología de análisis conversacional como herramienta para identificar y resolver problemas. Se destaca que los centros educativos presentan características internas, como su cultura organizativa, filosofía, relaciones interpersonales y toma de decisiones, que influyen en su funcionamiento y en la motivación de alumnos y docentes. La metodología propuesta se basa en el análisis de los actos del habla de los actores involucrados en las problemáticas educativas. Se sugiere un proceso en varios pasos: primero, revisar y seleccionar los problemas a abordar; segundo, identificar a los actores y las conversaciones asociadas; y tercero, analizar y coordinar las conversaciones para desarrollar soluciones efectivas.

  • Abstract:

    The article addresses the current challenges faced by educational centers and proposes a conversation analysis methodology as a tool to identify and solve problems. It is highlighted that educational centers have internal characteristics, such as their organizational culture, philosophy, interpersonal relationships and decision making, which influence their operation and the motivation of students and teachers. The proposed methodology is based on the analysis of the speech acts of the actors involved in educational problems. A multi-step process is suggested: first, review and select the problems to address; second, identify the actors and associated conversations; and third, analyze and coordinate conversations to develop effective solutions.
