PRAZER E SOFRIMENTO NA PERIFERIA DA ACUMULAÇÃO FLEXÍVEL: O CASO PREVI “MÁ-RAVILHOSA”
O contemporâneo é marcado por tempos de “acumulação flexível”, sintomatizados no movimento do capital, sob o comando do mercado financeiro mundializado. Tempos, portanto, distintos da força de trabalho na forma de mercadoria disponível para compra e venda, tal qual formulado por Marx. Nesses tempos, segundo ampla gama de autores revisados para fins deste artigo, restaria ao trabalhador duas alternativas: caso incluído no circuito, reduzir-se a “especulador”; ou, se excluído, a mero “expectador”. Nesse cenário, uma “nova” estética do capitalismo é forjada, mobilizando originais e antigos dilemas, contradições, paradoxos e diásporas. Como efeitos, instituições, empresas e indivíduos passam a articular e experimentar modalidades outras de laço social. É nesse contexto que se insere a proposta deste artigo, o qual tem como propósito apresentar resultados de pesquisa junto a profissionais e dirigentes de um dos símbolos do capitalismo financista nacional - a Previ -, com o objetivo de investigar especificidades das relações e do ambiente de trabalho, que apontam para efeitos da introdução de elementos associados à nova estética do capitalismo, sobre os mal-estares dos sujeitos que nela ainda vivem do trabalho. Como resultado é possível identificar a prevalência de dinâmica organizacional e relações de trabalho fortemente marcadas por pares-antitéticos que expressam tensões e fortes componentes ideológicos subjacentes à transição de dispositivos de gestão “arcaicos” e o “modernos” no epicentro de nosso capitalismo financista periférico: “Cedidos versus devolvidos”, indicados versus eleitos”, “bacanas versus sacanas”; “curto-prazo versus longo-prazo”, “estabilidade versus dependência”, “favorecimento versus punição”, “público versus privado”, “veteranos versus novatos”, “passado versus futuro”.

Abstract:
The contemporary is marked by times of "flexible accumulation", symptomatic in the movement of capital, under the command of the globalized financial market. Times, therefore, distinct from the workforce in the form of merchandise available for purchase and sale, as formulated by Marx. In these times, according to a wide range of authors reviewed for the purposes of this article, the worker would have two alternatives: if included in the circuit, reduce the "speculator"; or, if excluded, the mere "spectator". In this scenario, a "new" aesthetic of capitalism is forged, mobilizing original and ancient dilemmas, contradictions, paradoxes and diasporas. As effects, institutions, companies and individuals begin to articulate and experience other modalities of social bond. It is in this context that the proposal of this article is included, which aims to present research results with professionals and leaders of one of the symbols of national financier capitalism - Previ -, with the objective of investigating specificities of relationships and the work environment, which point to the effects of the introduction of elements associated with the new aesthetics of capitalism, on the malaise of the subjects who still live in it from work. As a result, it is possible to identify the prevalence of organizational dynamics and work relationships strongly marked by pairs-antitheticals that express tensions and strong ideological components underlying the transition of "archaic" and "modern" management devices at the epicenter of our peripheral financier capitalism: "Assigned versus returned", indicated versus elected", "nifty versus slutty"; "short-term versus long-term", "stability versus dependence", "favoring versus punishment", "public versus private", "veterans versus newtoes", "past versus future".
