POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DE EDUCAÇÃO INTEGRAL: CONTRAPONTOS COM A META 17 DO PLANO NACIONAL DE EDUCAÇÃO
Este trabalho discute, em linhas gerais, o Programa Mais Educação (PME) e o Programa Novo Mais Educação (PNME) que evidenciam políticas públicas que contrapõem, por meio do voluntariado na educação integral, o Plano Nacional de Educação, PNE/2014, a Meta 17 que estabelece a valorização docente. Desse modo, faz-se necessário refletir sobre a implementação de políticas públicas que não divirjam sobre a valorização docente e que possam, de fato, consolidar uma Educação de qualidade.

Abstract:
This paper aims to discuss in general the Programa Mais Educação (PME) [More Education Program] and the Programa Novo Mais Educação (PNME) [New More Education Program] that put in evidence public policies that, by means of volunteering in integral education, go against the PNE/2014 [National Education Plan], the Meta 17 [17th Goal] that promotes the appreciation of teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to make reflections about the promotion of public policies that do not contradict themselves about the appreciation of teachers and that can truly consolidate a good quality Education.
