LAS PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD INTELECTUAL Y/O COGNITIVA: INCLUSIÓN Y DERECHO LABORAL
Las personas tienen derecho a desarrollarse en un ambiente en el cual le sea permitido el descubrimiento de sus habilidades en beneficio propio y de la sociedad de la cual forma parte sin distinción. El objeto de este trabajo fue identificar la temática autismo respecto a la inserción laboral. El conocimiento sobre la temática brindará utilidad práctica para quienes asisten a personas con discapacidad en la defensa de sus derechos. La presente ponencia consistirá en el análisis bibliográfico para determinar el marco teórico sobre la temática autismo e inclusión laboral y análisis normativo vigente en Argentina.

Abstract:
The people have the right to develop in an environment in which they are allowed to discover their abilities for their own benefit and for the society of which they are a part without distinction. The aim of this work is to know about autism regarding work incersion. Knowledge on the subject will be useful for persons with disabilities in defending their rights.This paper will consist of bibliographic analysis to determine the theoretical framework on autism and occupational inclusion and normative analysis in Argentina.
