LAS CARDIOPATÍAS, EL EJERCICIO Y SU INTERRELACIÓN AMBIENTAL: REVISION DE LITERATURA
El objetivo del estudio fue identificar si existen interrelaciones ambientales entre la enfermedad cardíaca y el ejercicio. Este estudio consistió en una revisión de la literatura estructurada en la búsqueda del patrón de sistematización de la información. Se utilizó la plataforma MedLine, Scielo, Lilacs, Ebsco, Capes, PubMed y Academic Google, donde se recopilaron artículos y libros de estudio. Para ello, los descriptores se utilizaron únicamente en inglés, español y portugués. Sin embargo, según algunos controles, se descartaron trabajos que no abordaran el tema específico o por presentar síntomas congénitos, factor que excluyó el estudio. Así, vemos que, en los últimos años, la educación física se ha vuelto más evidente como herramienta auxiliar en la medicina. Dado que el corazón es un órgano muy importante para el funcionamiento del cuerpo humano en su conjunto, es necesario comprender que el ejercicio físico se convierte en una herramienta auxiliar para mantener los niveles de salud del cuerpo humano. También es necesario demostrar que el factor ambiental puede reaccionar favorable o negativamente ante posibles daños al sistema cardíaco y órganos relacionados.

Abstract:
The aim of the study was to identify whether there are environmental interrelationships between heart disease and exercise. This study consisted of a literature review structured in a search for the pattern of systematization of information. The MedLine, Scielo, Lilacs, Ebsco, Capes, PubMed and Academic Google platform were used, where articles and study books were collected. For this purpose, the descriptors were used only in English, Spanish and Portuguese. However, according to some controls, works that did not address the specific topic or because they presented congenital symptoms were discarded, a factor that excluded the study. Thus, we see that in recent years, physical education has become more evident as an auxiliary tool in medicine. Since the heart is a very important organ for the functioning of the human body, it is necessary to understand that physical exercise becomes an auxiliary tool in maintaining the health levels of the human body. It is also necessary to show that the environmental factor can react favorably or negatively to possible damage to the cardiac system and related organs.
