LA VIRTUALIDAD COMO ALTERNATIVA DE PRESENTACIÓN DE DOCUMENTOS RECEPCIONALES DE PEDAGOGÍA DEL SISTEMA DE ENSEÑANZA ABIERTA, UNIVERSIDAD VERACRUZANA.
En este trabajo se describe la implementación de foros virtuales, como una alternativa innovadora ante los nuevos escenarios de la educación provocados por el Covid-19 y la necesidad de continuar con el proceso de la eficiencia terminal del Programa de Pedagogía del Sistema de Enseñanza Abierta de la Universidad Veracruzana, la cual se logra presentando al término de cada semestre los trabajos recepcionales desarrollados en la experiencia educativa “Experiencia Recepcional” la cual hasta el mes de febrero del 2020 se venían presentando en foros de manera presencial. A partir del mes de marzo las autoridades universitarias dieron la orden de retirarnos a casa debido a la pandemia del Covid-19 por lo que personal administrativo, docentes y alumnos
nos retiramos y continuamos trabajando en casa. Acorde a lo anterior surge como alternativa de solución la presentación de estos foros de manera virtual apoyados en plataforma, supliendo a los foros
presenciales.

Abstract:
This paper describes the implementation of virtual forums, as an innovative alternative to the new education scenarios caused by Covid-19 and the need to continue with the process of terminal efficiency of the Pedagogy Program of the Open Education System of the Universidad Veracruzana, which is achieved by presenting at the end of each semester the reception works developed in the educational experience "Reception Experience" which until February 2020 had been presented in forums in person. As of March, the university authorities gave the order to retire home due to the Covid-19 pandemic, so administrative staff, teachers, and students withdrew and continued working at home. In accordance with the above, the presentation of these forums in a virtual way supported by the platform arises as an alternative solution, replacing the face- to-face forums.
