LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE LA REPRESENTACIÓN SOCIAL DEL “BUEN DOCENTE” EN LAS INSTITUCIONES DE EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR
Pierre Bourdieu al igual que otros grandes de la Sociología han enriquecido el corpus teórico que ha permitido poder entender y explicar cómo el docente y el educando construye individual y socialmente la representación social del “buen docente” y la función que esto tiene durante el proceso educativo y el mantenimiento del estado de las cosas en la sociedad. Los aspectos axiológicos y conductuales que se encuentran dentro de estas relaciones e interjuego de intereses e intenciones juegan un papel fundamental a la hora de trabajar pedagógicamente la inculcación y la incorporación de una determinada cultura por medio de una acción pedagógica como resultado del trabajo pedagógico el cual es ejercido por una autoridad pedagógica. Al final se plantea que esta representación social es una forma de conocimiento socialmente elaborado y compartido que tiene como objetivo práctico y recurrente la construcción de una realidad común.

Abstract:
Pierre Bourdieu as well as other greats of Sociology have enriched the theoretical corpus that has allowed to understand and explain how the teacher and the learner individually and socially construct the social representation of the "good teacher" and the role that this has during the educational process and the maintenance of the state of things in society. The axiological and behavioral aspects found within these relationships and interplay of interests and intentions play a fundamental role when it comes to pedagogically working on the inculcation and incorporation of a certain culture by means of a pedagogical action as a result of the pedagogical work which is exercised by a pedagogical authority. In the end, it is proposed that this social representation is a form of socially elaborated and shared knowledge that has as a practical and recurrent objective the construction of a common reality.
