INNOVACIÓN Y TECNOLOGÍA EDUCATIVA EN LA PRÁCTICA DOCENTE: EXPERIENCIAS DE PROYECTOS INNOVADORES DE EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR EN LA UNALM- PERÚ, PERIODO 2010-2019
Se presenta la actividad o programa denominado Proyectos educativos, que se llevó a cabo en la Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (UNALM), Lima- Perú, durante el período 2010-2019, promovida por la Unidad de Innovación Educativa (UIE). Consistió en la convocatoria a los docentes a elaborar proyectos innovadores para sus asignaturas, que pudieron ser de tres tipos: (a) integración de investigación con enseñanza, (b) fortalecimiento de la enseñanza en el aula y campo y (c) uso de Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TIC) o recursos de la biblioteca en el aula. Cada año se eligieron los mejores proyectos y se brindó soporte psicopedagógico y financiamiento necesario. Los resultados muestran que la calidad de las asignaturas mejoró debido al trabajo de casos reales, adquisición de mejores materiales y equipos de trabajo y/o laboratorios, salidas de campo, trabajo interdisciplinario y mayor participación estudiantil. Gradualmente, esta actividad resultó un motor de cambio: de una educación tradicional a una “centrada en el estudiante”. Para el éxito de los proyectos fue fundamental el soporte del equipo de la UIE, a fin de asegurar el cambio en el docente, el financiamiento, el apoyo y reconocimiento de las autoridades de la Universidad.

Abstract:
It is presented The educational activity or program called Educational Projects, which took place at the National Agrarian University La Molina (UNALM), Lima-Peru, during the period 2010-2019, promoted by the Educational Innovation Unit (UIE). It consisted of inviting professors to develop innovative projects for their courses, which could be of three types: (a) integration of research with teaching, (b) strengthening of teaching in the classroom and field, and (c) use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) or library resources in the classroom. Each year, the best projects were selected and the necessary psycho-pedagogical support and financing were provided. The results show that the quality of the courses improved due to real-life case work, acquisition of better materials and work equipment and/or laboratories, field trips, interdisciplinary work and increased student participation. Gradually, this activity became a driving force for change: from traditional education to "student-centered" education. The support of the UIE team was essential for the success of the projects, in order to ensure the change in the teacher, financing, support and recognition from the University authorities.
