LECTURA DE COMPRENSIÓN DE SEGUNDO NIVEL EN RESIDENTES DE ING. EN LOGÍSTICA DEL TESCI
Introducción, el Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Cuautitlán Izcalli, es un organismo descentralizado del Estado de México, la problemática es el déficit de los residentes en lectura de comprensión, lo que provoca estrés, atraso y tesis de baja calidad por lo que surge la pregunta ¿Por qué carecen de lectura de segundo nivel los residentes de Ing. en logística del TESCI?, el objetivo de investigación es identificar las resistencias en la lectura de segundo nivel de los alumnos mencionados para proponer estrategias de solución. Metodología, es una investigación de campo por aplicación de 30 cuestionarios al total de residentes en el período 2024-1, sobre frecuencia y tipo de lectura y el test de inteligencias múltiples de Gardner. Es para generar conocimiento, no experimental y cuantitativa. Hipótesis, los alumnos tienen inteligencia lógico-matemática en mayor puntaje que lingüística, prefieren utilizar herramientas de software de Inteligencia Artificial para la entrega de mapas mentales y no cuentan con el hábito de la lectura física o digital. Resultados y Conclusiones, se logra el objetivo y se comprueba lo hipótesis, los alumnos no leen debido a que su inteligencia lingüística es únicamente del 10 %, y la más alta es la cinestésica con 20 %, 55 % de ellos no revisan los textos y utiliza software para hacer tareas o lo hacen por copia de sus compañeros, el 45 % únicamente consulta documentos académicas y digitales. Por lo que se propone agregar al curso de inducción de los residentes un taller de lectura de compresión de segundo nivel, modificar las guías estructuras de evaluación para agregar la cancelación de la actividad si se utilizan herramienta de inteligencia artificial o son copia de sus compañeros, en las actividades complementarias agregar talleres y círculos de lectura así como cursos y concursos de tik tok para profesores y alumnos

Abstract:
Introduction: The Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Cuautitlán Izcalli (TESCI), is a decentralized organization of the Estado de México. The problem is the deficit in reading comprehension among resident, which causes stress, delays, and low-quality theses, This raises the question: Why do Logistics Engineering residents at TESCI lack second-level skills?, The objective of this research is to identify the resistances in second-level reading among the aforementioned students in order to propose solutions. Methodology: This is a field study using 30 questionnaires administered to all residents during the 2024-1 period. The questionnaires cover reading frequency and type, as well as Gardner’s multiple intelligences test. The study aims to generate knowledge; it is non-experimental and quantitative. Hypothesis: Students score higher in logical-mathematical intelligence than in linguistic intelligence, prefer using artificial intelligence software tools to create mind maps, and lack a habit of reading, either physically or digitally. Results and Conclusions: The objective was achieved and the hypothesis was confirmed. Students de not read because their linguistic intelligence es only 10n%, white their highest intelligence is kinesthetic at 20 %, 55 % of them do not proofread texts and use software to complete assignments or copy form their classmates, 45 % only consult academic and digital documents. Therefore, it is proposed to add a second-level reading comprehension workshop to the residents´ induction course, modify the evaluation guidelines to include the cancellation of activities if artificial intelligence tools are used or if work is copied form classmates, and add reading workshops and circles to the supplementary activities, as well as tik tok courses and competitions for teachers and students.
