ECONOMÍA DE SOLIDARIDAD Y POTENCIALIDADES PARA SU CONSTITUCIÓN COMO MOVIMIENTO SOCIAL EN EL DEPARTAMENTO DEL CAUCA-COLOMBIA. - ECONOMY OF SOLIDARITY AND POTENTIAL FOR ITS CONSTITUTION AS A SOCIAL MOVEMENT IN THE DEPARTMENT OF CAUCA-COLOMBIA.
En Colombia desde la década de 1970, se viene implementando el modelo neoliberal lo cual, se ha traducido en el aumento del desempleo, desigualdades sociales, desindustrialización y la quiebra del sector agrícola, afectando de manera particular al campesinado. En este trabajo se hace un acercamiento a la Economía de solidaridad y potencialidades para su constitución como movimiento social en el departamento del Cauca-Colombia. Se muestran de forma general las experiencias de economía solidaria agenciadas por Agro solidaria, el Consejo Regional Indígena del Cauca CRIC, y el Comité de Integración del macizo Colombiano- CIMA. En un segundo momento se concentra la atención en los desarrollos del Cima a través de la Fundación estrella orográfica del macizo colombiano Fundecima-Cima y una de las experiencias significativas al interior de la organización social como es la Asociación de Agricultores de Arboleda. Cabe señalar que, aunque son unas de las más representativas, en cuanto alternativas a la racionalidad y modelo neoliberal, no cubren todas las diversas propuestas de economía solidaria que se desarrollan en el departamento.

Abstract:
In Colombia since the 1970s, the neoliberal model has been implemented, which has been reflected in the increase in unemployment, social inequalities, deindustrialization and the bankruptcy of the agricultural sector, affecting in a particular way the peasantry. In this work there is an approach to the Economy of solidarity and potentialities for its constitution as a social movement in the department of Cauca-Colombia. The solidarity economy experiences organized by Agro solidaria, the Regional Indigenous Council of Cauca CRIC, and the Integration Committee of the Colombian massif-CIMA are shown in a general way. In a second moment the attention in the developments of the Cima through the Orographic Star Foundation of the Colombian massif Fundecima-Cima and one of the significant experiences within the social organization such as the Arboleda Farmers Association. It should be noted that, although they are one of the most representative, as alternatives to rationality and the neoliberal model, they do not cover all the various proposals for a solidarity economy that are developed in the department.
