DETERMINANTES DE LA VIOLENCIA INTRAFAMILIAR EN NIÑOS Y ADOLESCENTES: UNA VISIÓN SALUTOGÉNICA SOBRE EL IMPACTO DEMOLEDOR DE ESTE FENOMENO SOCIAL

la violencia intrafamiliar es uno de los temas de mayor interés problemático dentro del área jurídico-social que las sociedades sudamericanas atraviesan y que requiere intervenciones multi y transdisciplinarias debido al impacto demoledor que genera en esta estructura social en la psique infanto-juvenil y que afecta la conducta de las víctimas, inclusive dejando secuelas para toda la vida. Objetivo: realizar un análisis científico acerca de los determinantes de la violencia intrafamiliar en niños y adolescentes, todo esto desde una visión salutogénica sobre el impacto demoledor de este fenómeno social. Método: La visión investigativa metodológica aplicada fue de carácter cualitativo, puesto que se elaboró una revisión documental sistémica, por tal efecto se planteó como recurso al método PRISMA, se fundamentó la exploración en las bases de datos: Google Académico, Scielo, EBSCO, ResearchGate, Educación Rezurces Información Center (ERIC), SCOPUS, PsycINFO, Dialnet, ProQuest y Psycnet. Adicionalmente se recurrieron a las bases de datos de posgrado nacionales e internacionales. Se establecieron parámetros de inclusión y exclusión, finalmentermente se ejecutó una selección y filtración de las investigaciones obtenidas como primordiales, esto con fines de análisis. Resultados: dentro de la estructura que compone a la familia es posible identificar varias modalidades de agresiones u omisiones, se debe identificar la génesis que desencadena un desequilibrio funcional de esta estructura, esto de manera inmediata, puesto que mientras más evoluciona la violencia en el hogar, peor son los resultados futuros, además debe ser un especialista quien aborde la problemática. Conclusión: La violencia intrafamiliar es un fenómeno de análisis multi y transdisciplinar, genera un deterioro afectivo, emocional, físico y espiritual devastador en los niños y adolescentes, pues a esto se suma el desarrollo psicobiológico y de personalidad, siendo imprescindible una intervención urgente en estos casos.

    ABSTRACT: Introduction: Domestic violence is one of the most pressing issues within the socio-legal sphere affecting South American societies. It requires multi- and transdisciplinary interventions due to its devastating impact on the social structure, particularly on the psyches of children and adolescents, and its effects on the behavior of victims, sometimes leaving lifelong consequences. Objective: To conduct a scientific analysis of the determinants of domestic violence in children and adolescents, from a salutogenic perspective, focusing on the devastating impact of this social phenomenon. Method: The research methodology employed was qualitative, utilizing a systematic document review. The PRISMA method was used, and the research was based on the following databases: Google Scholar, SciELO, EBSCO, ResearchGate, Education Resources Information Center (ERIC), Scopus, PsycINFO, Dialnet, ProQuest, and Psycnet. Additionally, national and international postgraduate databases were consulted. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were established, and finally, a selection and filtering of the most relevant research was carried out for analysis. Results: Within the family structure, it is possible to identify various forms of aggression or neglect. The root cause of this functional imbalance must be identified immediately, as the more domestic violence persists, the worse the future consequences will be. Furthermore, a specialist should address this problem. Conclusion: Domestic violence is a multi- and transdisciplinary phenomenon that generates devastating affective, emotional, physical, and spiritual deterioration in children and adolescents. This is compounded by the impact on their psychobiological and personality development, making urgent intervention essential in these cases.
