DEL EMPRENDIMIENTO SOCIAL A LA ACCIÓN COOPERATIVA: LA EXPERIENCIA DE LA COOPERATIVA HUEXOLOTL DOWN EN LA COMUNIDAD MAGDALENA CONTRERAS, CIUDAD DE MÉXICO
Las prácticas humanas existen en función de la condensación y reproducción de los elementos de los que disponemos. Producidos por los hombres, son a su vez productores de sociedad y de sus instituciones; innovarlos exige colocarnos en un punto de observación separado de los modos de hacer: ser nosotros y otros al mismo tiempo, la tarea se antoja un despropósito. Estudiar empresas, en muchos espacios, obedece a códigos y prácticas muy precisas, cuya recurrencia genera una impresión de normalidad que dificulta percibir la conveniencia y viabilidad de proyectos. Aquí, abordamos el caso de estudio de la organización Huexolotl Down, una cooperativa que surge como un emprendimiento social familiar orientado a la inclusión socio-laboral de personas con síndrome de Down. A través de un trabajo etnográfico, identificamos como impactos 1)la proliferación de emprendimientos para la superación de problemáticas diversas para otros grupos, y 2)la articulación de una red actora de cooperativas, en la comunidad Magdalena Contreras, de la Ciudad de México. La empresa, es un artefacto social capaz de solidificar las intenciones humanas; así como un vector de las mismas y catalizador implacable de contingencias. Esta, es un producto humano, tanto como un mecanismo que posibilita –y limita, a la vez - la acción y el logro de los objetivos de un emprendimiento: la combinación de humanos y sus creaciones constituyen la circunstancia que posibilita la acción. Huexolotl Down, ilustra la epopeya de una pequeña comunidad de personas que al intentar resolver sus problemáticas más inmediatas, precipitaron una serie de procesos que constituyen ya un referente para una diversidad de actores. Su experiencia, refleja una serie de procesos, de causas imaginadas, de aprendizajes, replanteamientos, descubrimientos, sinergias, desencantos y muchas cosas más, que hoy constituyen su principal riqueza. Huexolotl Down, “se está construyendo” en este entramado complejo de (in)certidumbres.

Abstract:
Human practices are based on the consolidation and reproduction of the elements that a society owns. This elements, produced by people, are themselves producers of society and its institutions and for that, innovate them requires placing ourselves on an observation point separate from habitual ways of doing things: being ourselves and others at the same time; a task that seems absurd. Studying enterprises, in many fields, obeys to very specific codes and practices that generate an impression of normality, making difficult to perceive the convenience and viability of unusual projects. In this paper we address the Huexolotl Down’s case of study, a cooperative that arises as one family social enterprise oriented towards socio-labor inclusion for Down syndrome people; which outcomes in 1) the proliferation of other cooperatives to overcome a miscellaneous of social problems for other groups, and also in 2) the creation of an actor network of cooperatives, both in the Magdalena Contreras community, in Mexico City. The enterprise is a social artifact capable of solidify human intentions as well as became a vector to them for move through contingencies. The enterprise is a human product as well as a mechanism that enables and limits, at the same time, the action and achievement of objectives of an entrepreneurship: a network resulting from the combination of humans and their artifacts constitute the circumstance that makes action possible. Huexolotl Down illustrates the journey of a group that at first was trying to solve their most immediate problems; but which ends up precipitating a series of processes that today present them as a reference for other actors. Its experience reflects different processes: thinking causes, learning, rethinking, discoveries, synergies, disappointments and many other points, which are its main capital. Huexolotl Down's configuration “is being made” in this complex network of (un)certainties.
