COORDENAÇÃO PEDAGÓGICA DA REDE PÚBLICA DE ENSINO DO DF: ESPAÇO DE FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE
Este trabalho socializa a experiência da Coordenação Pedagógica como espaço formativo e reflexivo por meio de ações promovidas pela Gestão Escolar de uma escola pública do Distrito Federal (DF). Durante o ano letivo de 2017 foram promovidos 13 encontros para a formação continuada dos professores em serviço com temas diversos. O estudo conclui que a formação disponibilizada no espaço-tempo da Coordenação Pedagógica, contribui para a troca de experiências, atendendo às necessidades formativas dos professores, como também garantiu o desenvolvimento e progressão das aprendizagens dos estudantes.

Abstract:
This work socializes the experience of Pedagogical Coordination as a formative and reflexive space through actions promoted by school management of a public school in the Distrito Federal (DF). During the 2017 school year, 13 meetings were held for the continuing education of teachers in service with various themes. The study concludes that the training available in the space-time of the Pedagogical Coordination, contributes to the exchange of experiences, meeting the training needs of teachers, as well as ensured the development and progression of students’ learning.
