CIUDADELAS EDUCATIVAS EN GUADALAJARA DE BUGA 2012-2019 TRASCENDENCIA DE LA GESTIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA PARA EL DESARROLLO EDUCATIVO LOCAL.
El presente artículo pretende exponer como emerge la ciudadela educativa en el siglo XXI y como potencializa el proceso de formación integral de la niñez y juventud de Guadalajara de Buga, además se expondrá la prospectiva de una estrategia educativa innovadora y transversal, liderada por las administraciones municipales de 2012-2019 frente al sistema educativo tradicional., la injerencia que tiene este modelo como estrategia para presentar a niños, niñas y jóvenes, escenarios y contextos que cautiven –e inspiren- al estudiante de educación básica, secundaria y media técnica, erradicando la Sico rigidez, claustrofobia y la monotonía escolar..
Recientemente las ciudadelas educativas han sido temas de gran interés para la administración local y nacional, debido al avance que han tenido las políticas gubernamentales del orden nacional 2015-2018. ”Paz, equidad y educación” en materia educativa. La ciudad de Guadalajara de Buga se ha convertido en un centro estratégico y pionero para la implementación de esta apuesta del gobierno por mejorar la calidad. Dado que la iniciativa de las Ciudadelas Educativas es bastante novedosa, se acerca a la jornada única. Esta estrategia se homologa como efectiva y urgente VACUNA contra los flagelos de la juventud Colombiana con el fin de disminuir y erradicar los altos índices de deserción escolar, embarazos en adolescentes, drogadicción, vandalismo, alcoholismo y baja calidad educativa. Guadalajara de Buga consolida esta significativa experiencia educativa con una excelente capacidad de gestión y cofinanciación de la mano del gobierno central y sus ministerios de educación, cultura, Tics, hacienda y coldeportes.

Abstract:
This paper aims to exhibit how the “ciudadela educative" emerges in the 21st century and how it enhances the process of holistic formation of children and youth in Guadalajara de Buga. In addition, it will present the prospect of an innovative and transversal education strategy, led by the municipal administrations of 2012-2019, in contrast to the traditional educational system, as well as discuss the intervention that this model presents as a strategy to introduce children and young people to scenarios and contexts that captivate and inspire students in primary, secondary and technical education, eradicating the psycho-rigidity, claustrophobia and academic monotony.
Recently, the ‘ciudadela educativa’ model has been a topic of great interest for local and national administrations, due to the progress that has been made in governmental policies and the incorporation of "Peace, equity and education" within educational contexts. The city of Guadalajara de Buga has become a strategic and pioneering center for the implementation of this commitment by the government to improve quality. While the initiative of the ‘ciudadelas educativas' is quite novel, it has similarities to the extended school day concept. This strategy is recognized as an effective and urgent vaccine against the scourges facing Colombian youth in order to reduce and eradicate high rates of school dropout, teen pregnancy, drug addiction, vandalism, alcoholism and low educational quality. Guadalajara de Buga strengthens this important educational experience with excellent administrative capacity and co-financing from the central government and its ministries of education, culture, information technology, coldeportes.
