ACOSO MORAL Y MALTRATO EN LA SOCIEDAD: ESTRATEGIAS EDUCATIVAS PARA AFRONTAR LA PROBLEMÁTICA
Se muestra la problemática que viven las sociedades respecto al acoso moral, sentido en el que la operatividad inherente a esta fenomenología, es identificable en todos los ámbitos, para el efecto, en el ámbito educativo laboral y/o escolar. La metodología utilizada es descriptiva porque identifica –entre otras- diversas afectaciones en el ambiente laboral (mobbing) problemas psicosociales generadores de precarización, trastornos psicológicos como el estrés, ansiedad, depresión, síndrome del quemado; en el ambiente escolar (bullying) afectaciones psicológicas, violencia entre pares, disfunción educativa, deserción escolar, baja autoestima, conductas autoliticas en las víctimas, en el ambiente social (con medios de comunicación de masas) afectaciones como disociación cognitiva, irritabilidad, envilecimiento. Se propone observar para entender la problemática desde una valoración multiconceptual y multidisciplinaria abordada con diversos enfoques para conseguir la resolución profesional, humana, social e integral de los casos de mobbing y bullying que se producen en el ambiente educativo. Se enfoca en exponer la problemática y hallar las posibles soluciones para tratarla, dentro de la cual se encuentra como estrategia imprescindible la educación sistemática y sistémica que fomente el desarrollo de habilidades sociales desarrolladas para la resolución afectiva y efectiva de conflictos en la sociedad.

Abstract:
The problems that societies live with respect to moral harassment are shown, a sense in which the operation inherent to this phenomenology is identifiable in all areas, for this purpose, in the educational, work and/or school environment. The methodology used is descriptive because it identifies -among others- various affectations in the work environment (mobbing), psychosocial problems that generate precariousness, psychological disorders such as stress, anxiety, depression, burnout syndrome; in the school environment (bullying) psychological affectations, violence among peers, educational dysfunction, school desertion, low self-esteem, self-injurious behavior in the victims, in the social environment (with mass media) affectations such as cognitive dissociation, irritability, debasement. It is proposed to observe to understand the problem from a multiconceptual and multidisciplinary assessment approached with different approaches to achieve the professional, human, social and comprehensive resolution of cases of mobbing and bullying that occur in the educational environment. It focuses on exposing the problem and finding possible solutions to deal with it, within which systematic and systemic education is an essential strategy that encourages the development of social skills developed for the affective and effective resolution of conflicts in society.
