VISIÓN ONTOLOGICA DE LAS CIENCIAS ECONOMICAS Y LA ADMINISTRACIÓN
El estudio de las relaciones entre las ciencias económicas y las disciplinas de la administración son determinantes para comprender las dinámicas ontológicas de las organizaciones en el contexto del siglo XXI. Sobre el tema, el presente capítulo explora desde una visión ontológica los fundamentos teóricos sobre las relaciones entre estas ciencias. Para su desarrollo, se realizó una investigación exploratoria-documental, y desde un enfoque cualitativo se estudian y argumentan la naturaleza que rige la economía, además de sus implicaciones que afianzan la administración como ciencia. Los hallazgos contribuyen a comprender los fenómenos y prácticas que determinan la gestión de la economía y la administración como referentes que fortalecen los aportes de la literatura existente en el área, a su vez promover nuevas formas de impulsar las transformaciones requeridas en las organizaciones.

Abstract:
The study of the relationships between economic sciences and administration disciplines are decisive for understanding the ontological dynamics of organizations in the context of the 21st century. On the topic, this chapter explores from an ontological vision the theoretical foundations of the relationships between these sciences. For its development, an exploratory-documentary research was carried out, and from a qualitative approach the nature that governs the economy is studied and argued, in addition to its implications that strengthen administration as a science. The findings contribute to understanding the phenomena and practices that determine the management of the economy and administration as references that strengthen the contributions of existing literature in the area, in turn promoting new ways of promoting the transformations required in organizations.
