VIOLÊNCIA OBSTÉTRICA NO BRASIL: CONCEITO, MOTIVAÇÕES E AS RECOMENDAÇÕES PARA PREVENÇÃO E COMBATE.
Este artigo visa, por meio do método dialético e usando uma abordagem qualitativa, analisar a prática da violência obstétrica no sistema de saúde brasileiro. Retratando o que as mulheres têm sofrido durante seu período gravídico, no parto e pós-parto, procura-se apresentar como através do direito, da conscientização dos profissionais da saúde e da maior circulação de informações para as gestantes, a realidade vivida por tantas mulheres pode ser mudada. O estudo mostrou que a violência obstétrica está muito presente no sistema de saúde brasileiro e como o direito tem papel fundamental no combate a essa prática.

Abstract:
This article aims,through the dialectial method and using a qualitative approach, to analyze the practice of obstetric violence in brazilian health system. Depicting what women have suffered during their pregnancy,childbirth and postpartum period,it´s intend to show how through the law, the awareness of health professionals and the greater circulation of information for pregant women, the reality experienced by so many women can be changed. The study showed that obstetric violence is very presente in the brazilian health system and how the law has a fundamental role in combating this practice.
