VIDA DIGNA PARA TODOS ¿UN SUEÑO IMPOSIBLE? UNA CONSTRUCCIÓN JURÍDICO-SOCIAL DE SUS ALCANCES Y CONTENIDO EN MÉXICO
Os problemas decorrentes da luta pela cobertura universal dos direitos são numerosos. Contudo, ao se discutir o direito humano a uma vida digna, muitos fatores entram em jogo. É evidente que seus componentes vão além da mera satisfação das necessidades básicas e, realisticamente, as estatísticas de pobreza do país não são um bom presságio para a perspectiva de uma vida digna. Pode parecer inútil aprofundar a análise dessa questão, mas não é o caso. Basta destacar as circunstâncias que persistem em um país e examinar a conceituação, o alcance e o conteúdo do direito humano em questão, visto que a doutrina jurídica não o abordou adequadamente. A pesquisa nesta etapa inicial visa contribuir para o arcabouço doutrinário que permita uma melhor compreensão e salvaguarda desse direito.

Abstract:
The problems arising from the struggle for universal coverage of rights are numerous. However, when discussing the human right to a dignified life, many factors come into play. It is evident that its components extend beyond simply satisfying basic needs, and realistically, the country's poverty statistics do not bode well for the prospect of a dignified life. It might seem pointless to delve into the analysis of this issue, but this is not the case. Simply highlighting the circumstances that persist in a country and examining the conceptualization, scope, and content of the human right in question is sufficient, given that legal scholarship has not adequately addressed it. The research in this initial stage aims to contribute to the doctrinal framework that allows for a better understanding and safeguarding of this right.
