TRABAJO EN EQUIPO Y POR PROYECTOS BAJO LOS CONCEPTOS DEL CEREBRO TRIÁDICO PARA EL LOGRO DE COMPETENCIAS EN UNA ASIGNATURA DE CIENCIAS: EL TRICEREBRAR
En este documento se presenta una síntesis de la estrategia utilizada en dos cursos de química básica, cada uno con 40 estudiantes, la que consistió en el trabajo cooperativo e individual de los estudiantes, con la variación en la selección de los equipos, la que se hizo utilizando el RCMT, Revelador del Cociente Mental Triádico (De Grégory W. , 1999), el que trata de la potenciación del cerebro en tres procesos como estrategia revolucionaria del cambio personal y social en el campo de la educación, siendo la idea central el conocimiento sobre el cerebro y su uso sicopedagógico y social manejando los tres hemisferios, el derecho, izquierdo y central, sin menospreciar los conocimientos previos del estudiante, para así, orientar su pensamiento analítico y científico en la asignatura de química básica.
La muestra dividida en dos grupos, uno con clase tradicional magistral y el otro con trabajo cooperativo y ejecución de un proyecto en el que se apliquen los conceptos de la química. La investigación ha sido con enfoque cualitativo, descriptivo e interpretativo y pone de manifiesto la importancia de renovar las estrategias metodológicas tradicionales, en tanto que el fortalecimiento de las actitudes desde el aula permite el desarrollo de procesos de pensamiento lógico analítico, comunicativo, y hace que los estudiantes aprendan más rápido.

Abstract:
This document summarizes the strategy followed in two courses in basic chemistry is presented, each with 40 students, which consisted of the cooperative and individual work of students, with variation in the selection of equipment, which was made using the RTMQ, Revealer of the Triadic Mental Quotient (De Gregory, 1999), which deals with the empowerment of the brain in three processes as a revolutionary strategy of personal and social change in the field of education, being the central idea the knowledge about the brain and its psycho-pedagogical and social use managing the three hemispheres, the right, left and central, without underestimating the previous knowledge of the student, in order to guide his analytical and scientific thinking in the subject of basic chemistry.
The sample divided into two groups, one with traditional master class and the other with cooperative work and execution of a project in which the concepts of chemistry are applied. The research has been with a qualitative, descriptive and interpretative approach and highlights the importance of renewing traditional methodological strategies, while the strengthening of attitudes from the classroom allows the development of logical, analytical, communicative thinking processes and makes the students learn faster.
