PROTECCIÓN JURIDICA DE SALUD DE NIÑOS,NIÑAS CON TEA
Esta propuesta pretende describir el papel regulador del Derecho en un área específica como lo es el desarrollo científico-tecnológico desde un abordaje tridimensional del derecho sobre salud mental en Argentina de niños, niñas y adolescentes con TEA. Para la comprensión de los enfoques legales de la salud mental en Argentina se utilizaron los métodos tridimensional y bibliográfico. El presente trabajo de investigación se da en marco una beca del Consejo Interuniversitario de la Nación, incorporado a Proyecto Especial de Investigación en el cual se investigan los aspectos jurídicos, sociológicos y valorativos de la salud mental de niños, niñas y adolescentes.

Abstract:
This proposal aims to describe the regulatory role of the law in a specific area such as scientific and technological development from a three-dimensional approach to the right to mental health in Argentina of children and adolescents with ASD. Three-dimensional and bibliographic methods were used to understand the legal approaches to mental health in Argentina. The present research work is given in the framework of a grant from the Inter-University Council of the Nation, incorporated into the Special Research Project in which the legal, sociological and evaluative aspects of the mental health of children and adolescents are investigated.
