PLANEACIÓN PROSPECTIVA, UNA NECESIDAD DEL SUJETO PEDAGÓGICO EN LA SOCIEDAD DEL CONOCIMIENTO
El presente artículo, debate la necesidad de construir un nuevo paradigma educativo, que siente bases para el desarrollo de un autodidactismo dirigido a subsanar las carencias formativas gestadas en el sistema educativo nacional, considerando los cambios que se deben dar para desarrollar una cosmovisión que se encuentre encaminada a recuperar saberes tradicionales y actividades regionales, mismas que en parte forman la base de los aprendizajes, cuidando desde diferentes ángulos desarrollar una planeación prospectiva de los aprendizajes, a través de objetivos específicos, que acerquen al sujeto pedagógico a la independencia, motivación, dirección y autogestión de su proceso de aprendizaje que sume a generar cambios necesarios para afrontar la crisis actual. Se analiza la formación del sujeto dentro de la sociedad del conocimiento, resaltando las habilidades autodidactas que este debe desarrollar a la par de plantearse objetivos con una visión prospectiva, misma que incluya la fortaleza de la comunidad y la comunicación con los seres vivos que le rodean, tanto humanos, como no humanos, se concluye con la propuesta de una visión que integra elementos de aprendizaje tanto áulicos como extra-áulicos, que recuperen la cosmovisión totalitaria.

Abstract:
This article discusses the need to build a new educational paradigm, which lays the foundations for the development of self-education aimed at correcting the training deficiencies generated in the national educational system, considering the changes that must be made to develop a worldview that is aimed at recovering traditional knowledge and regional activities, which in part form the basis of learning, taking care from different angles to develop a prospective planning of learning, through specific objectives, which bring the pedagogical subject closer to independence, motivation, direction and self-management of their learning process that adds to generating the necessary changes to face the current crisis. The formation of the subject within the knowledge society is analyzed, highlighting the self-taught skills that he must develop along with setting goals with a prospective vision, which includes the strength of the community and communication with the living beings that surround him. both human and non-human, concludes with the proposal of a vision that integrates both classroom and extra-class learning elements, which recover the totalitarian worldview.
