PAISAJE RIBEREÑO, APROPIACIÓN E IDENTIDAD
El área de intervención en la que diseñamos el proyecto de paisaje aquí presentado se ubica en la región noreste de la provincia de Buenos Aires y comprende principalmente los territorios correspondientes a los partidos de Ensenada y Berisso, así como también una parte del partido de La Plata. Se trata de un paisaje cultural significativo, exponente de la influencia creadora del río de La Plata por un lado, combinado con los procesos histórico-sociales, los ritmos cambiantes de la política socio-económica, productiva, y de injerencia multi-cultural, por el otro lado. Luego del análisis crítico del sector, realizamos el diagnóstico cuya lectura “desde el río” exploró la relación de los pobladores respecto al frente costero. Y producto del mismo, se constató que el devenir histórico fragmentó la región, dado que las relaciones de poder dejaron una enorme deuda ecológica y social, como consecuencia de la falta de entendimiento, valoración y respeto por el medio natural y la identidad cultural. Por lo antedicho se buscó promover, a través de la intervención paisajística, el acercamiento y el compromiso de los diversos actores sociales respecto al uso del frente público costero; considerando que el mismo puede consolidarse, recomponerse, reconstruirse a través de la identidad, valor con el que las personas organizan su relación con el entorno y con los demás sujetos con los que interactúan. Con todo lo antes presentado en consideración, se propone un sistema de circuitos y espacios públicos que articula los fragmentos, consolidando un nuevo frente ribereño que, además de preservar las zonas de reserva natural y recuperar los espacios degradados cualquiera que sea el origen de la actividad que lo afectó, incluye programas de educación ambiental y participación ciudadana, revalorización de patrimonio edilicio y promoción de actividades comerciales, culturales, deportivas y recreativas.

Abstract:
The area of intervention in which we designed the landscape project presented here is located in the northeast region of the province of Buenos Aires and it mainly includes the territories corresponding to the districts of Ensenada and Berisso, as well as a part of the district of La Plata. It is a landscape of cultural significance, it is an example of the creative influence of the River Plate on the one hand, in combination with the historical-social processes, the changing rhythms of socio-economic and productive politics, and multi-cultural intersection, on the other. After the critical analysis of the studied area, we carried out the diagnosis whose reading "from the river" explored the relationship of the inhabitants towards the coastline. And as a result of it, it was found that the historical evolution fragmented the region, given that power relationships left an enormous ecological and social debt, as a consequence of the lack of understanding, appreciation and respect for the natural environment and cultural identity. Due to the foregoing, it was sought to promote, through landscaping intervention, the approach and commitment of the various social actors regarding the use of the coastal public front; considering that it can be consolidated, recomposed, reconstructed in consequence of identity, a value around which people organize their relationship with the environment and with the other subjects with whom they interact. Taking everything presented above into consideration, it is proposed a system of circuits and public spaces that articulates the fragments, consolidating a new riverside front that, in addition to preserving the nature reserve areas and recovering degraded spaces whatever the origin of the activity that affected it in the past, including environmental education and citizen participation programs, revaluation of building heritage and promotion of commercial, cultural, sports and recreational activities.
