OS PROJETOS CULTURAIS COMO INSTRUMENTO DE URBANICIDADE: O CASO “FALA VILA”.
Apesar de um direito básico, a cultura muitas vezes faz-se inexistente e pouco utilizada em espaços urbanos favelizados das cidades. Quando esta é produzida, ou desenvolvida pelos indivíduos locais, muitas vezes é vista com maus olhos. O que não se tem conhecimento é que a cultura além de conferir pertencimento a estes espaços de contraste com o restante da cidade, asseguram localmente maior qualidade de vida, além de prezar pelo direito à cidade, tornando-se projetos de sucesso, como foi o Fala Vila. A cultura é um bem intangível e um modelo de expressão, comunicação e atuação. Revela artistas, pensadores, pesquisadores, atores políticos e profissionais especializados em compreender processos de construção urbano-social com maestria, em partes, em decorrência por possuírem esta abertura e visão macro e micro de território, sociedade e direitos.

Abstract:
Despite being a basic right, culture is often non-existent and little used in slumized urban spaces in the cities. When it is produced, or developed by local individuals, it is often frowned upon. What is not known is that culture, besides conferring belonging to these spaces that contrast with the rest of the city, ensures a better quality of life locally, besides praising the right to the city, becoming successful projects, such as Fala Vila. Culture is an intangible good and a model of expression, communication and performance. It reveals artists, thinkers, researchers, political actors and professionals specialized in understanding processes of urban-social construction with mastery, in parts, as a result of their having this openness and macro and micro vision of territory, society, and rights.
