O DESAFIO DO ESTÁGIO DE ENSINO SUPERVISIONADO NA FORMAÇÃO INICIAL DE PROFESSORES
Reflexão no contexto do estudo diagnostico que deu origem ao projeto ESTAGIAR - O Estágio como Lugar Experiencial de Construção de Identidade Docente. Das entrevistas realizadas e do seu enquadramento teórico se concluiu qua as caraterísticas dos alunos em sala de aula e as metodologias de trabalho do professor cooperante apresentam um papel estruturante do trabalho do estudante estagiário, que não se coaduna com o carater aleatório dos lugares de opção oferecidos pela escola de formação inicial docente.

Abstract:
Reflection in the context of the diagnostic study that gave rise to the ESTAGIAR project - The Trainship as an Experiential Place for the Construction of Teaching Identity. From the interviews carried out and their theoretical framework, it was concluded that the characteristics of the students in the classroom and the work methodologies of the co-operating teacher play a structuring role in the work of the student trainee, which is not in line with the random nature of the options offered by the initial teacher training school.
