MASAJE NEUROREFLEJO EN EL TRATAMIENTO DE PACIENTES CON LUMBALGIA Y CIATALGIA
En la investigación se muestran los resultados obtenidos con el tratamiento de masaje neuroreflejo en los pacientes diagnosticados de sacrolumbalgias y ciatalgia aguda y crónica. Se validaron los esquemas de tratamientos propuestos por el autor de la investigación en 140 pacientes que presentaron dichas afecciones, que habían recibido otros tratamientos medicamentosos y fisioterapéuticos sin resultados satisfactorios. La técnica de tratamiento por masaje utilizada fue la del tejido conectivo modificada por el autor y aplicada sobre las líneas de tensión de la conjuntiva de la piel, la manipulación del tejido celular subcutáneo, músculos y periostio. En todos los casos se logró eliminar la hiperestesia e hiperalgesia en las zonas correspondientes a los dermatomos afectados. El dolor desapareció en el 98% de los enfermos, las alteraciones de los tejidos conectivo, muscular y piel, desaparecieron en el 95% de los pacientes después de la 8va sesión de tratamiento. Las funciones motoras y cinéticas se restablecieron más rápido en los enfermos agudos. El 98% de los casos afectados se restablecieron. La evolución satisfactoria de los pacientes fue significativa para P< 0.01.

Abstract:
Research shows the results obtained with the treatment of massage in reflex areas patients diagnosed low back pain and acute and chronic sciatica. Schemes of treatments proposed by the author of the research in 140 patients who presented such disorders, who had received other medicinal and physiotherapeutic treatments without satisfactory results were validated. The massage therapy technique used was that of the connective tissue modified by the author and applied on the lines of tension of the conjunctiva of the skin, the subcutaneous cellular tissue manipulation, muscles, and periosteum. In all cases was achieved to eliminate the hyperesthesia and hyperalgesia in the areas corresponding to the affected dermatomes. The pain disappeared in 98% of patients, alterations of the tissue connective, muscle and skin, they disappeared in 95% of patients after the 8th session of treatment. Motor and kinetic functions were re-established more quickly in acute patients. 98% of the affected cases were restored. The satisfactory evolution of the patients was significant for P < 0.01.
