LAS NUEVAS FORMAS LABORALES: SU IMPACTO SUBJETIVO Y EFECTOS EN LA SALUD/SALUD MENTAL THE NEW WORK FORMS: THEIR SUBJECTIVE IMPACT AND EFFECTS ON HEALTH / MENTAL HEALTH
El objetivo general del trabajo es investigar las principales transformaciones de los procesos y las organizaciones de trabajo a la luz de lo que mundialmente está sucediendo con la pandemia, entendiendo que el trabajo es productor de subjetividad y las condiciones en que éste se desarrolla dentro de un contexto histórico, político y social, trae consecuencias a nivel de la salud/ salud mental general de los trabajadores. Qué pasa con el sujeto, sus relaciones, su cuerpo, su deseo? Las problemáticas vinculadas con el trabajo, la salud y la subjetividad atraviesan de manera compleja y sistemática todo el tejido social y adquieren relevancia por las importantes transformaciones que atraviesan al mundo y sus nuevas modalidades de organización, gestión y control. Estas transformaciones obligan a poner en consideración que los discursos empresariales, sobre todo en los puestos medios y gerenciales, convierten lo humano en mercancía y aparecen exigencias que colocan al sujeto en contradicción: progreso, innovación, desarrollo, sentido de pertenencia, conviven con exigencias y demanda de apertura a los cambios, lo desechable, lo momentáneo, lo virtual, la liviandad, la incertidumbre, la inconstancia, lo caduco. La metodología de la investigación es de tipo hermenéutico y también tiene un enfoque mixto, cuantitativo, pues se confía en la medición estandarizada y numérica a través de la utilización de fuentes y datos estadísticos, y de corte cualitativo, porque a través de entrevistas el foco está puesto en las nuevas modalidades laborales y las modificaciones subjetivas que se producen conjuntamente con sus efectos a nivel de procesos de salud/salud mental.

Abstract:
The general objective of the work is to investigate the main transformations of work processes and organizations in light of what is happening worldwide with the pandemic, understanding that work is a producer of subjectivity and the conditions in which it develops within a historical, political and social context, has consequences at the level of the general health / mental health of workers. What about the subject, his relationships, his body, his desire? Problems related to work, health, and subjectivity go through the entire social fabric in a complex and systematic way and acquire relevance due to the important transformations that the world is going through and its new forms of organization, management and control. These transformations make it necessary to take into consideration that business discourses, especially in middle and managerial positions, turn the human into merchandise and there are demands that place the subject in contradiction: progress, innovation, development, sense of belonging, coexist with demands and demand for openness to changes, the disposable, the momentary, the virtual, the lightness, the uncertainty, the inconstancy, the outdated. The research methodology is of a hermeneutical type and also has a mixed, quantitative approach, since it relies on standardized and numerical measurement through the use of statistical sources and data, and qualitative, because through interviews the focus it is put into the new work modalities and the subjective modifications that occur together with their effects at the level of health / mental health processes.
