LA RREVOCABILIDAD DE LA REMISIÓN A PROPOSITO DEL CÓDIGO DE RESPONSABILIDAD PENAL DEL ADOLESCENTE EN EL PERÙ
El autor analiza y describe la Remisión desde los Instrumentos Internacionales como las Reglas Mínimas de las Naciones Unidas para la Administración de Justicia de Menores “Reglas de Beijing” y la Convención de los Derechos del Niños, así como la forma como se viene aplicando conforme a lo establecido en los Arts. 206 y del 223 al 228 del Código de Los Niños y Adolescentes y el punto c del Art. 22 del Reglamento Interno del Programa Justicia Juvenil Restaurativa del Ministerio Público, aprobado mediante Resolución de la Fiscalía de la Nación Nº 1706-2014-MP-FN, del 08 de Mayo del 2014,en el que se establece la irrevocabilidad de la Remisión, y el tratamiento que se le da en el Código de Responsabilidad Penal del Adolescente, donde se ha incluido la Revocabilidad de la Remisión para los adolescentes que incumplan con el Programa de Orientación, violando al principio de No Regresividad o Progresividad en materia de los Derechos Humanos.

Abstract:
The author analyzes and describes the Referral from International Instruments such as the United Nations Minimum Rules for the Administration of Juvenile Justice "Beijing Rules" and the Convention on the Rights of the Child, as well as the way in which it has been applied. in accordance with the provisions of Arts. 206 and 223 to 228 of the Children and Adolescents Code and point c of Art. 22 of the Internal Regulations of the Restorative Juvenile Justice Program of the Public Ministry, approved by Resolution of the Nation's Prosecutor's Office No. 1706-2014-MP-FN , of May 8, 2014, which establishes the irrevocability of the Referral, and the treatment given to it in the Adolescent Criminal Responsibility Code, which has included the Revocability of the Referral for adolescents who fail to comply with the Orientation Program, violating the principle of Non-Regressiveness or Progressivity in matters of Human Rights.
