LA INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL Y LA MAXIMIZACIÓN DE BENEFICIOS DESDE LA RACIONALIDAD ECONÓMICA
Este artículo explora la evolución y el impacto de la inteligencia artificial (IA) en nuestra sociedad y economía. Destaca la comprensión errónea común de la IA, argumentando que es un mecanismo de predicción más que de inteligencia, y critica su tendencia a reemplazar tareas humanas. Al mismo tiempo, también reconoce su potencial en impulsar la optimización económica y aliviar la carga de las tareas tediosas. Se discuten las implicaciones de la IA en la economía digital, sus desafíos en la privacidad de datos y cómo podría dar lugar a una economía inhumana. Por último, el artículo enfatiza la necesidad de mantener un enfoque equilibrado y consciente, y la necesidad de un marco legal para garantizar que la IA sirva a los objetivos humanos y se mantenga dentro de los límites culturales.

Abstract:
This paper explores the evolution and impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on our society and economy. It highlights the common misconception of AI, arguing that it is more a prediction mechanism than intelligence, and criticizes its tendency to replace human tasks. At the same time, it also recognizes its potential in driving economic optimization and alleviating the burden of tedious tasks. The implications of AI in the digital economy, its challenges in data privacy, and how it could give rise to an inhumane economy are discussed. Lastly, the article emphasizes the need to maintain a balanced and conscious approach, and the necessity for a legal framework to ensure that AI serves human goals and remains within cultural boundaries.
