LA EDUCACIÓN UNIVERSITARIA ANTE UN NUEVO ENTORNO SOCIAL Y LABORAL CADA VEZ MÁS CRÍTICO Y EXIGENTE
La inserción al mercado laboral para los egresados de las instituciones de educación superior cada vez es más tardada debido a las nuevas exigencias que día a día establecen los empleadores debido al nuevo régimen socio, político y económico que impone la globalización, esta situación llevo a los autores del trabajo a realizar una serie de disertaciones para entender el replanteamiento de nuevas políticas educativas que condiciona e insta a la educación a realizar reestructuraciones curriculares flexibles para atender las demandas no solo sociales sino laborales y que sus egresados tengan mejores oportunidades de trabajo al ser más competitivos. Desafortunadamente a la par de esta situación también la mercadotecnia, la tecnología y el credencialismo hacen que este proceso formativo se vuelva un producto condicionado a los que puedan pagarlo. Como resultado de las reflexiones realizadas se concluyó que las reestructuraciones bajo la política de la flexibilidad es una sine qua non para poder enfrentar el nuevo entorno laboral.

Abstract:
Insertion into the labor market for graduates of higher education institutions is taking longer and longer due to the new demands that employers establish day by day due to the new socio, politcal and economic régimen imposed by globalization, this situation led to authors of the work to carry out a series of dissertations to understand the rethinking of new educational policies that conditiond and urges education to carry out flexible curricular restructuring to meet not only social but labor demands and that its graduates have better job opportunities by being more competitive. Unfortunately, along with this situation, marketing, technology and credentialing also make this training process become a product conditioned to those who can pay for it. As a result of the reflections carried out, it was concluded that restructuring under the flexibility policy is a sine qua non to be able to face the new work.
