LA AMISTAD QUE NOS LEGÓ UN SÍMBOLO PATRIO: MANUEL BELGRANO Y LA FAMILIA ECHEVARRIA
En el presente trabajo nos proponemos abordar brevemente la amistad entre Manuel Belgrano y la familia Echevarría ya que por intermedio de la vincula ción de Belgrano con Vicente Atanasio hizo posible que nuestro héroe encargara a la hermana de Vicente, María Catalina, la confección de nuestra primera Bandera Nacional y asimismo rescatar del olvido la figura de la primera costurera de nuestra Enseña Patria.

Abstract:
In this paper we intend to briefly address the friendship between Manuel Belgrano and the Echevarría family, since through Belgrano’s connection with Vicente Atanasio it made it possible for our hero to commission Vicente’s sister, María Catalina, to make our first Flag National and also rescue from oblivion the figure of the first seamstress of our Enseña Patria.
