INSERCIÓN DE MUJERES EN POSICIONES JERÁRQUICAS EN FUERZAS DE SEGURIDAD.
The objective of this presentation is to analyze the process of incorporation of women into officer corps in Policía Federal Argentina based on the analysis of a set of measures with a gender perspective implemented in the institution and official data on the distribution of hierarchical positions according to sex since 2011 when the Ministry of National Security was created to the present. The first part of the chapter reconstructs the institutional measures since 1978, when the career of officers was opened to women - who in this case already belonged to the NCO corps - until today, providing special attention to the cycle of reforms promoted by the management assumed by the leadership of the Ministry of National Security created in 2011. In the second part of the chapter, certain official data on the composition of the officer corps according to sex, rank and access to command and management positions since 2011, when the Ministry of National Security was created.

Abstract:
El artículo analiza el proceso de incorporación de las mujeres al cuerpo de oficiales de la PFA a partir del análisis de un conjunto de medidas con perspectiva de género implementadas en la institución y de datos oficiales sobre la distribución de cargos y posiciones jerárquicas según sexo desde el año 2011 cuando se crea el Ministerio de Seguridad de la Nación hasta la actualidad. En la primera parte del trabajo se reconstruyen las medidas institucionales desde el año 1978, momento en que se abre la carrera de oficiales a mujeres hasta la actualidad, prestando especial atención al ciclo de reformas impulsadas por la gestión que asume la conducción del Ministerio de Seguridad de la Nación creado en el año 2011. En la segunda parte del capítulo se analizan ciertos datos oficiales sobre la composición del cuerpo de oficiales según sexo, rango y acceso a puestos de mando y dirección desde el año 2011.
