IMPORTANCIA DE LA ÉTICA EN LAS APLICACIONES DE LA INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL. LA RESPONSABILIDAD EN EL ÁMBITO DEL DERECHO
El debate actual respecto al avance de la inteligencia Artificial y las trasformaciones que al mundo otorga, hoy es tema de debate en todos los espacios científicos, de mayor relevancia aún para académicos a fin de determinar su aplicabilidad, limites, impactos positivos, negativos y verdaderos alcances. No es posible desconocer las transformaciones que la IA ha revolucionado en distintos campos científico como ser ingeniería, laboral, financiero, derecho, entre otros. La humanidad deberá afrontar estos desafíos con absoluta responsabilidad y compromiso. Un punto crítico de discusión es si el uso de la tecnología no quiebra el mundo de la naturaleza con las significaciones que ella denota, tomando en cuenta las transformaciones sociales que pueden sustentarse en contradicciones, errores, distorsiones, etc.

Abstract:
The current debate regarding the advancement of Artificial Intelligence and the transformations it brings to the world is now a topic of debate in all scientific circles, and is even more relevant for academics to determine its applicability, limits, positive and negative impacts, and true scope. It is impossible to ignore the transformations that AI has revolutionized in various scientific fields such as engineering, labor, finance, law, and others. Humanity must face these challenges with absolute responsibility and commitment. A critical point of discussion is whether the use of technology does not disrupt the natural world with the meanings it denotes, taking into account the social transformations that can be based on contradictions, errors, distortions, etc.
