IMPACTO FINANCIERO Y PSICOLÓGICO DEL FRAUDE INFORMÁTICO EN LOS MIEMBROS DE LAS COMUNIDADES EDUCATIVAS DE GUAYAQUIL
La presente investigación fue realizada durante 5 años en diferentes instituciones educativas de Guayaquil, 2018- 2022 cuando se comenzaron a observar ciertos indicadores psicológicos en docentes, representantes legales y estudiantes que habían sido afectados tanto por el fraude informático, como por aparatos informáticos inseguros dentro de la red. El objetivo de la investigación es mostrar ante las comunidades educativas las fortalezas y debilidades del ciber mundo moderno analizando los fraudes informáticos. Se justifica el estudio al caracterizar los inconvenientes de la comunicación virtual mostrando los peligros a los que se expone toda la comunidad educativa para gestionar su inclusión dentro del PEI. Se encuestan a 200 personas de las Instituciones educativas Instituto Coello, Provincia de Tungurahua, Provincia de Carchi, Santa Lucía y Leonidas Ortega Moreira tanto a representantes legales y docentes en un muestreo intencional tanto en físico como virtual durante y luego en la post pandemia, obteniendo como resultados relevantes que el fraude informático es un enemigo silencioso que afecta psicológicamente a los estudiantes y representantes legales, pero también a los docentes,llegando a la conclusión que se necesita fomentar el valor moral de la prudencia ante los peligros en el ciberespacio analizando los inconvenientes económicos que sufren las víctimas, así como también fortalecer la normativa en el control del ciberespacio mediante su inclusión en los Códigos de Convivencia y Gestión de Riesgos para disminuir el impacto en los jóvenes, desde la visión del Código Orgánico Integral Penal que ya cita en sus fuentes como real.

Abstract:
The present investigation was carried out during 5 years in different educational institutions of Guayaquil, 2018-2022 when certain psychological indicators began to be observed in teachers, legal representatives and students who had been affected by both computer fraud and insecure computer devices within network. The objective of the research is to show the educational communities the strengths and weaknesses of the modern cyber world by analyzing computer fraud. The study is justified by characterizing the drawbacks of virtual communication, showing the dangers to which the entire educational community is exposed to manage its inclusion within the PEI. 200 people from the educational institutions Instituto Coello, Province of Tungurahua, Province of Carchi, Santa Lucía and Leonidas Ortega Moreira were surveyed, both legal representatives and teachers in an intentional sampling both physically and virtual during and later in the post-pandemic, obtaining as relevant results that computer fraud is a silent enemy that psychologically affects students and legal representatives, but also teachers, reaching the conclusion that it is necessary to promote the moral value of prudence in the face of dangers in cyberspace, analyzing the economic inconveniences suffered by victims, as well as strengthening the regulations in the control of cyberspace through its inclusion in the Codes of Coexistence and Management of Risks to reduce the impact on young people, from the point of view of the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code, which is already cited in its sources as real.
