Abstract:
This study explored the impact of the humanization of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) on organizational change and talent-management processes, addressing an emerging topic of growing relevance in the business environment. Through a qualitative literature review, recent scientific sources were analyzed using specialized tools such as Elicit and Semantic Scholar, applying criteria designed to ensure the quality and currency of the data. The findings showed that the humanization of GenAI not only transforms task automation but also enhances uniquely human capabilities such as creativity and empathy, creating a balance between technological efficiency and human well-being. In the context of organizational change, humanized GenAI was found to promote a culture of continuous adaptation and innovation, facilitating the transition toward more dynamic and resilient work environments. However, ethical challenges related to privacy, transparency, and algorithmic bias emerged, requiring clear policies for mitigation. In talent management, the study highlighted the creation of new roles that combine technological and human capabilities, together with the personalization of professional development through adaptive training programs. This approach not only improves productivity but also strengthens employee engagement and talent retention. The research contributes to the advancement of business management and education by proposing strategies for implementing GenAI in an ethical and inclusive manner. It emphasizes the need for proactive leadership and sound theoretical foundations to integrate this technology, ensuring that its adoption enhances both organizational competitiveness and human well-being.
