EXPERIENCIAS LABORALES EN EDUCACIÓN INDÍGENA: EL GRUPO FOCAL COMO ESTRATEGIA PARA LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DEL ESPACIO BIOGRÁFICO
El estudio investiga las experiencias laborales de ocho docentes de educación indígena en el estado de Puebla, México, con la finalidad de dilucidar los elementos constitutivos de su identidad laboral. Se llevaron a cabo 3 entrevistas en las sesiones del grupo focal, que nos permitieron obtener hallazgos interesantes relacionados con las características particulares del trabajo de las participantes; la contextualización de los lugares en los que lo desempeñan, así como información de las difíciles condiciones laborales que enfrentan, y se dilucidaron rasgos de identidad laboral que comparten. Así, en un primer momento, se plantea una breve discusión en torno a la precarización del trabajo en la actualidad y se presentan las características específicas del grupo con el que se trabajó, que constituye una muestra de fenómenos laborales emergentes con sus particulares dificultades de acceso. En un segundo bloque se aborda la cuestión de la identidad, centrando nuestro interés en los aspectos constitutivos de la identidad laboral. En este apartado se plantean las perspectivas teóricas desde las que se indaga: la subjetividad laboral, (Schvarstein, 2005) y el espacio biográfico (Arfuch 2002, 2005). En tercer lugar, se describe la estrategia metodológica utilizada: el grupo focal; siguiendo básicamente el proceso de análisis propuesto por Reyes (2000), Huerta (2000) y Morgan (1998). Se detalla el derrotero seguido en el tratamiento de los datos y se muestran los hallazgos más importantes en cada una de las tres fases del análisis realizado. En un cuarto momento, se presentan las conclusiones a las que se arriba.

Abstract:
The study investigates the work experiences of eight indigenous education teachers in the state of Puebla, Mexico, in order to elucidate the constitutive elements of their work identity. Three interviews were carried out in the focus group sessions, which allowed us to obtain interesting findings related to the particular characteristics of the participants' work; the contextualization of the places in which they perform it, as well as information on the difficult working conditions they face, and traits of labor identity that they share were elucidated. Thus, at first, a brief discussion about the precariousness of work today is proposed and the specific characteristics of the group with which we worked are presented, which constitutes a sample of emerging labor phenomena with their particular access difficulties. . In a second block, the issue of identity is addressed, focusing our interest on the constitutive aspects of work identity. This section presents the theoretical perspectives from which it is investigated: labor subjectivity (Schvarstein, 2005) and the biographical space (Arfuch 2002, 2005). Thirdly, the methodological strategy used is described: the focus group; basically following the analysis process proposed by Reyes (2000), Huerta (2000) and Morgan (1998). The course followed in the treatment of the data is detailed and the most important findings are shown in each of the three phases of the analysis carried out. In a fourth moment, the conclusions reached are presented.
