  • Abstract:

The objective of this research was to evaluate the productivity of the research group at the Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Coacalco (TESCo), focusing on its progress and results. A mixed-methods approach was used to examine the evolution of the research group and the record of productivity generated over approximately fourteen years, from 2012 to 2025. Documentary and descriptive techniques were used to collect information, with a sample of four researchers. The results show a gradual but consistent evolution among the researchers and indicate that the synergy developed within the research group from its early stages had an important impact on scientific productivity. The study concludes that perseverance in scientific work can lead to significant achievements, including recognition through membership in the National System of Researchers (SNII).
