EL RÍO NAZAS COMO SOLUCIÓN BASADA EN LA NATURALEZA PARA LA COMARCA LAGUNERA
El río Nazas ha interrumpido su caudal natural por más de cincuenta afios en la zona metropolitana de la Comarca Lagunera, principalmente debido a su represamiento en la cuenca alta, lo anterior para responder a los requerimientos de riego agrícola en expansión en la región, dejando de lado las necesidades ambientales dei ecosistema, como el caudal ecológico dei río en las cuencas media y baja. De esta forma se plantea la posibilidad de restablecer los escurrimientos mínimos en la zona metropolitana, a través del uso de instrumentos de gestión hídrica como las zonas de reserva ambiental, uso ambiental, transmisiones de derechos, reconocimiento de derechos al río, con la finalidad de restaurar el ecosistema original y los efectos adversos como desertificación, que se presentan en la zona, bajo una perspectiva de soluciones basadas en la naturaleza y de respeto a los derechos humanos a un medio ambiente y al agua de los habitantes de la región.

Abstract:
The Nazas river has interrupted its flow since fifty years ago approximately, in the metropolitan area of Comarca Lagunera, mainly due to damming in the basin upping, the previous for respond to irrigations requests in expansion in the region, leaving aside the environment needs of ecosystem, as the ecological flow of the river in the media and low basins. Of this way it approach the possibility of restore the minimum flows in the metropolitan area, through use of water management instruments as the environmental reserve zones, environmental use of water, transfer of rights, recognition of river rights, with the finalty to restore the original ecosystem and the adverse effects as desertification, that are presented in the area, with nature-based solutions perspective and human rights vision, in special environment and water rights of the region citizens.
