EL ESPACIO EFÍMERO CULTURAL Y LOS PROYECTOS ARTÍSTICOS PARA LA TRANSFORMACIÓN: EXPERIENCIAS EDUCATIVAS QUE POTENCIAN LA REFLEXIÓN Y CRÍTICA CULTURAL
En la ciudad de Xalapa, Veracruz (México), un grupo de académicos de la Facultad Artes Plásticas de la Universidad Veracruzana, emprenden con estudiantes, acciones desde el arte y de inclusión cultural, a través de propuestas interdisciplinarias buscando la vinculación y enfatizando la función y pertinencia social del arte y los problemas sociales que han tomado gran fuerza y desarrollo en los últimos años. Se han realizado prácticas afines al pensamiento sustentable y la premisa de cómo lo local incorpora y resinifica lo global. Se realizan proyectos y propuestas artísticas desde la creación colaborativa, el arte participativo en temas de salud, discapacidad o diferencias sociales. Lo sustancial del proyecto académico es que se planean y emprenden estrategias a partir de los programas de las experiencias educativas de los Planes de Estudio de Licenciatura en Artes Visuales y Diseño de la Comunicación Visual, que los estudiantes deben cursar, llevándolos a espacios culturales o escenarios reales y complejos de participación. Se entiende al arte participativo en el espacio público como una dimensión promotora del desarrollo de configuraciones creativas, potencial importante en la constitución de la propia comunidad como sujeto activo de transformación de sus realidades. Se hace énfasis en el arte contemporáneo y su relación con el tiempo y contexto como detonador de reflexión y compromiso social o cultural.

Abstract:
In the city of Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico, a group of academics from the Faculty of Plastic Arts of the Veracruzana University, undertake with students, actions from the art and cultural inclusion. Through interdisciplinary proposals seeking the link and emphasizing the function and social relevance of art and social problems which have taken great strength and development in recent years. Practices related to sustainable thinking and the premise of how the local incorporates and resinifies the global have been carried out. Projects and artistic proposals are carried out from collaborative creation, participatory art on issues of health, disability or social differences. The substance of the academic project is that strategies are planned and implemented based on the programs of the educational experiences of the Bachelor's Study Plans in Visual Arts and Visual Communication Design, which students must take, taking them to cultural spaces or settings or real and complex participation. Participatory art in public space is understood as a promoting dimension of the development of creative configurations, an important potential in the constitution of the community itself as an active subject of transformation of its realities. Emphasis is placed on contemporary art and its relationship with time and context as a trigger for reflection and social or cultural commitment.
