• Abstract: Entrepreneurs are the lifeblood of a growing nation; they are the ones who créate jobs and help with economic development around the world. That's where the entrepreneurial ecosystem comes in, it plays an important role in the progress and failure of companies and startups. Entrepreneurial efforts are like biological experiments in nature, many variations are tried, but only a small percentage of them prosper in all businesses, for that reason it is imperative that entrepreneurs be strategic, visionary and innovative, there are times that the business goes growing slowly, then it is time to make profound changes to continue and counteract those factors that negatively affect the growth of the company. For this reason, the objective of this research is to describe the factors that affect the entrepreneur's ecosystem, the methodology that was used had a qualitative approach and the research process is descriptive. As a result, it is mentioned that vision and innovation are key elements that not only help the entrepreneur to be clear about their objectives or ideals, but also channel their passion, perseverance, and tenacity to achieve success. Furthermore, it can be concluded that entrepreneurial ecosystems are essential parts of communities to promote business growth, country, and personal development; helps entrepreneurs quickly find what they need.
