EFECTO GENERADO POR EL COVID-19 EN LA SALUD DE ALUMNOS DE ESCUELA PRIMARIA DE ZACATECAS, MÉXICO
Introducción. La pandemia por COVID-19 que afecto a todo el planeta dejando estragos en salud, educación y lo social, se manifestó por el estrés emocional que represento indirectamente un problema de salud pública que afecto prácticamente todos los alumnos a nivel nacional, los cuales muchos de ellos aún continúan manifestando las secuelas en conductas antisociales o estragos en su salud. Objetivo. Estudiar las emociones generadas por el COVID-19 y su efecto en la salud mental y aprendizaje de alumnos de escuela primaria de Zacatecas, México. Sujetos de investigación. Se investigo a niños de 4° de educación primaria del Instituto Educativo Amadeus, ciclos 2019-2020 y 2020-202. Método. Se empleo un procedimiento mixto-descriptivo. Se utilizó la plataforma Habilmind para recopilar los datos referentes a emociones causales, factor de protección emocional, manifestaciones de conductas e impacto en el aprendizaje, posteriormente se elaboró un cuadro de categorías que sirvieron de guía para la investigación. Resultados. Se encontraron alteraciones emocionales significativas, manifestándose en ansiedad, miedo, irritabilidad, alteraciones del sueño, alimentación, uso excesivo de pantallas de tv y digitales, así como de teléfonos inteligentes entre otras cosas. Conclusiones. Se encontró que pandemia dejo alteraciones en la salud individual y colectiva de los alumnos, como consecuencia de la alteración de las emociones, así como baches en la calidad de su aprendizaje.

Abstract:
Introduction. The COVID-19 pandemic that affected the entire planet, wreaking havoc on health, education and social aspects, was manifested by the emotional stress that indirectly represented a public health problem that affected practically all students at the national level, many of whom still continue to manifest the consequences in antisocial behaviors or damage to their health. Objective. To study the emotions generated by COVID-19 and its effect on the mental health and learning of elementary school students in Zacatecas, Mexico. Research subjects. Children in 4th grade of elementary school of the Amadeus Educational Institute, cycles 2019-2020 and 2020-202 were investigated. Method. A mixed procedure was used, using a descriptive methodology. The Habilmind platform was used as a context to collect the necessary data regarding causal emotions, emotional protection factor, behavioral manifestations and impact on learning, then a table of categories that served as a guide for the research was developed. Results. Significant emotional alterations were found, manifesting themselves in anxiety, fear, irritability, sleep disturbances, eating, excessive use of tv and digital screens, as well as smart phones, among other things. Conclusions. It was found that online education as a consequence of this pandemic, left alterations in the individual and collective health of students, as a result of the alteration of emotions, as well as bumps in the quality of their learning.
