ECONOMÍA CIRCULAR Y LAS MiPyMEs MEXICANAS
El deterioro ambiental que se presentaba en los años sesenta en el mundo, dio origen a un cambio de paradigma, donde se considera al proceso industrial parte del ecosistema, por lo que surgen las preguntas: ¿cómo es que el ser humano ha adoptado ese cambio de paradigma para resolver el desastre que ha generado en el planeta? y ¿cómo se está dando en las mipymes mexicanas? En este trabajo, se analiza la interacción de la economía circular y las mipymes mexicanas, con el objetivo de exponer la importancia que representa el cambio en el proceso de producción, al pasar del modelo lineal al modelo circular. Se utilizó un método documental con un enfoque descriptivo y se aplicaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a tres mipymes mexicanas, donde fue posible detectar que, en México, las empresas alineadas hacia la adopción del modelo circular se enfrentan a barreras y limitaciones, pero también existen oportunidades y cambios en la ley que, en conjunto con instituciones, hacen avanzar la transición hacia la economía circular.

Abstract:
Environmental damage observed around the world in the 1970s gave rise to a new paradigm, in which industrial process began to be regarded as part of the ecosystem. Consequently, several questions have emerged, such as: how have human beings adopted this paradigm shift to address the disaster they have caused on the planet? And how is this transformation taking place within Mexican MSMEs? This research analyzes the interaction between the circular economy and Mexican MSMEs, with the aim of highlighting their important role in changing production processes, moving from the linear model to the circular one. A documentary method with a descriptive approach was used, along with semi-structured interviews conducted with three Mexican MSMEs, where it was possible to identify that, in Mexico enterprises aligned with the circular model face barriers and limitations, but there are also opportunities and regulatory changes that, together with institutional efforts, are driving the transition toward a circular economy.
