DISEÑO DE UN SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN DE CONVENIOS
El trabajo presenta un análisis para implementar el patrón de arquitectura idóneo para el desarrollo de una aplicación web de gestión de convenios de la Universidad Autónoma de Campeche. La aplicación almacena los ejemplares escaneados de los convenios celebrados por la UACAM con otras instituciones, clasificándolos por tipo de convenios y fechas, el proceso de consulta se puede realizar por objeto del convenio, por tipo de convenio, por fechas y por palabras claves. Además, registra los resultados que han sido generados en el ejercicio del convenio, ofreciendo de esta manera un seguimiento de la vinculación de la UACAM con las diversas instituciones, proporcionando reportes por programas educativos, indicadores, categorías y convenios. Los patrones de arquitectura aseguran la correcta implementación de un sistema, debido a que facilitan el desarrollo de aplicaciones, solucionan los problemas más comunes y con ello se optimizan el proceso. El Modelo Vista Controlador (MVC), fue el patrón de diseño valorado como el más acorde a las características y requerimientos del portal web, en el trabajo se describen sus elementos y se clasifican las tecnologías implementadas

Abstract:
The work presents an analysis to implement the ideal architecture pattern for the development of a web application for the management of agreements of the Universidad Autónoma de Campeche. The application stores the scanned copies of the agreements signed by the UACAM with other institutions, classifying them by type of agreement and dates, the consultation process can be carried out by object of the agreement, by type of agreement, by dates and by keywords. In addition, it records the results that have been generated in the exercise of the agreement, thus offering a follow-up of UACAM's links with the various institutions, providing reports by educational programmes, indicators, categories and agreements. The architecture patterns ensure the correct implementation of a system, since they facilitate the development of applications, solve the most common problems and thus optimise the process. The Model View Controller View (MVC), was the design pattern assessed as the most appropriate to the characteristics and requirements of the web portal, in the work its elements are described and the implemented technologies are classified.
