Abstract:
This article speaks about the interpretation of Boreal III, by Guilherme Bertissolo, piece written for several brazilian popular rattles and electronics. The focus is in the search of interpretive solutions that the percussionist must do to use these instruments in the context of concert music, with a special attention in the subject of instrumental technique. The text speaks about the use of traditional and non-traditional techniques and about the relation between musical writting and musical execution.
