CALIDAD EDUCATIVA PARA EL DESARROLLO HUMANO
En este artículo se trata de fundamentar el desarrollo humano en la calidad educativa, tomando como referencia principal los aportes de Amartya Sen y el PNUD; en primera estancia se indican el inicio del cambio de enfoque sobre lo que se consideraba años atrás respecto al desarrollo humano, hasta lo que engloba actualmente la nueva perspectiva; posteriormente se trata de enfatizar en algunos conceptos, acepciones de acuerdo a diversas ciencias y autores, para ir vinculando enseguida la educación al desarrollo, posteriormente su enlace con el PNUD y finalizar con la estrecha unión de la calidad educativa con el desarrollo humano, para finalizar con algunas reflexiones y conclusiones encaminadas al análisis personal.

Abstract:
This article is based human development on the quality of education, with the main reference the contribution of Amartya Sen and PNUD; in the first stage it shows the beginning of shift of focus on what was considered years ago with respect to human development, to which currently includes the new perspective; then it is emphasizing some concepts and meanings according to different Sciences and authors, for it is linking immediately education development, then later its links with PNUD and end with the close union of the quality of education with the human development, to finalize with some reflections and conclusions aimed at personal analysis.
