BIBLIOTECAS DIGITAIS, DIREITOS AUTORAIS E O COMPARTILHAMENTO DE MATERIAIS (NÃO) AUTORIZADOS NO ESPAÇO DIGITAL
Este trabalho – filiado a Análise de Discurso, segundo as perspectivas teóricas de Michel Pêcheux, na França, e de Eni Orlandi, no Brasil – trata da constituição das bibliotecas digitais e a sua relação com os direitos autorais e analisa a discursividade da Biblioteconomia. Desse modo, temos como objetivo compreender como os sentidos sobre o compartilhamento de obras na sociedade, hoje, face ao advento da Internet, são produzidos em relação às bibliotecas digitais e os direitos autorais. Busca compreender, também, de que maneira é produzido o imaginário de que o que se está disponível on-line é de livre reprodução e compartilhamento. Objetiva, especificamente, analisar como os sujeitos, em determinadas posição-sujeito, enunciam sobre a questão do compartilhamento, na ordem do digital e como o compartilhamento afeta a constituição de uma determinada posição sujeito autor, enquanto detentor do(s) direito(s) autorais. A problematização do trabalho, assim, se volta para uma compreensão de como os direitos autorais são significados na contemporaneidade em relação ao gesto de compartilhar obras.

Abstract:
This work - affiliated with Discourse Analysis, according to the theoretical perspectives of Michel Pêcheux in France and Eni Orlandi in Brazil - deals with the constitution of digital libraries and their relationship with copyright and analyzes the discursiveness of Librarianship. In this way, we aim to understand how the senses about the sharing of works in society, today, in the face of the advent of the Internet, are produced in relation to digital libraries and copyright. It also seeks to understand how the imaginary is produced that what is available online is free reproduction and sharing. It aims specifically to analyze how subjects, in certain subject-position, state on the issue of sharing, in the order of the digital and how sharing affects the constitution of a certain author subject position, Copyright. The problematization of work, thus, turns to an understanding of how copyright is signified in contemporary times in relation to the gesture of sharing works.
