APRENDIZAJE, UN ENFOQUE ECONÓMICO, AMBIENTAL Y SOCIAL PARA DESARROLLO HUMANO SUSTENTABLE EN LAS ORGANIZACIONES
La sustentabilidad como aporte al desarrollo humano, busca analizar, discutir e interpretar las diferentes perspectivas económica, ambiental y organizacional del desarrollo de las personas. Es por ello, que se considera que, desde el aprendizaje, se permite abordar este tema que ha logrado a través del discurso influir en la reflexión sobre el deterioro de los recursos ambientales. A finales del siglo XX, en términos de diversidad y complejidad, para comprender el universo frente a la realidad de construir un mundo mejor para las generaciones futuras e integrar el conocimiento a la sociedad, se ha desarrollado diferentes propuestas del término sustentabilidad, que han surgido como defensa a la vida y solución a la crisis ambiental que hoy día enfrenta la humanidad; como concepto, la sustentabilidad, según (Gabladón, 2006; Montada, 2008), referenciados por Sandia (2009), la definen como: afianzar los esfuerzos para practicar y aplicar acciones dirigidas al mejoramiento, conservación y defensa del ambiente y de los recursos naturales como estrategia fundamental para el sostenimiento a largo plazo de la vida humana y del mejoramiento de su calidad. Por lo tanto, se entiende que la sustentabilidad no solamente es movimiento acerca de los recursos naturales, sino, que prevé el conocimiento como una forma de comunicar estas ideas a las diferentes culturas del ser humano. Al referenciarse al termino de sustentabilidad, se entiende que es el hecho de conservar los recursos naturales, no solamente para la generación actual, sino futuras, permite que el desarrollo humano sustentable se logre desde la economía, lo social, organizacional y ambiental, recuperando su importancia, valorando al individuo, a través del esfuerzo de todos recuperando el ecosistema y fortaleziendo el desarrollo humano, desde lo material hasta lo espiritual, dentro de un sistema educativo que permita integrar la visión socioeconómica, organizacional y ambiental en todos los niveles de formación.

Abstract:
Sustainability as a contribution to human development, seeks to analyze, discuss and interpret the different economic, environmental and organizational perspectives of people's development. That is why it is considered that, from learning, it is possible to address this issue that has managed to influence reflection on the deterioration of environmental resources through discourse. At the end of the 20th century, in terms of diversity and complexity, in order to understand the universe in the face of the reality of building a better world for future generations and integrating knowledge into society, different proposals for the term sustainability have been developed, which have emerged as a defense to life and a solution to the environmental crisis that humanity faces today; As a concept, sustainability, according to (Gabladón, 2006; Montada, 2008), referenced by Sandia (2009), defines it as: strengthening efforts to practice and apply actions aimed at the improvement, conservation and defense of the environment and natural resources. resources as a fundamental strategy for the long-term sustainability of human life and the improvement of its quality. Therefore, it is understood that sustainability is not only a movement about natural resources, but also that it provides knowledge as a way of communicating these ideas to the different cultures of the human being. When referring to the term sustainability, it is understood that it is the fact of conserving natural resources, not only for the current generation, but future ones, allows sustainable human development to be achieved from the economy, social, organizational and environmental, recovering its importance, valuing the individual, through the efforts of all recovering the ecosystem and strengthening human development, from the material to the spiritual, within an educational system that allows integrating the socioeconomic, organizational and environmental vision at all levels of training.
