AMBIENTALIZACIÓN DE LAS CURRÍCULAS EN LAS INSTITUCIONES DE EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR EN MÉXICO
El medio ambiente se encuentra en crisis debido a las consecuencias negativas que las acciones, las conductas y las actitudes que las personas han tenido con respecto al medio ambiente social y natural a lo largo del tiempo; una de las consecuencia más drásticas y severas por tal razón lo es la afectación del clima conocida como cambio climático y dentro de eso lo es el calentamiento global que ha traído como consecuencia la elevación de la temperatura general en 1.5°C en el planeta que esta ocasionando el derretimiento de los casquetes polares originando elevación en el nivel del mar y cambio en el pH del agua con consecuencias para los ecosistemas marinos, al igual que el calentamiento global, se han estado presentando variaciones climáticas en diferentes partes del mundo, variaciones que van desde lluvias torrenciales y sequias atípicas con sus consecuencias en grandes inundaciones e incendios. Por tal razón el objetivo del presente trabajo consistió en señalar que es la ambientalización curricular y establecer la razón causal del porque resulta de vital importancia estos procesos en la Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) en México con la intención de educar ambientalmente a los estudiantes con el fin de general una cultura y una conciencia que les permita ver, entender y reflexionar sobre la realidad ambiental que se esta viviendo y ser agentes de cambio, transformando nuestra sociedad consumista y depredadora de recursos naturales por una que sea amigable con el entorno.

Abstract:
The environment is in crisis due to the negative consequences that the actions, behaviors and attitudes that people have had with respect to the social and natural environment over time; one of the most drastic and severe consequences for this reason is the affectation of the climate known as climate change and within that is the global warming that has brought as a consequence the elevation of the general temperature in 1. 5°C on the planet, which is causing the melting of the polar ice caps, raising the sea level and changing the pH of the water with consequences for marine ecosystems. As well as global warming, climatic variations have been occurring in different parts of the world, variations ranging from torrential rains and atypical droughts with their consequences in large floods and fires. For this reason, the objective of this paper was to point out what is curricular environmentalization and establish the causal reason why these processes are of vital importance in Higher Education Institutions (HEI) in Mexico with the intention of educating students environmentally in order to generate a culture and awareness that allows them to see, understand and reflect on the environmental reality that we are living and be agents of change, transforming our consumerist and predatory society of natural resources for one that is friendly to the environment.
