A SELVA IDENTITÁRIA: MODERNIZAÇÃO, ANTROPOFAGIA E DIREITO
A Antropogafia foi uma vanguarda artística ligada ao Modernismo na América Latina. Enquanto movimento levado a cabo por intelectuais que pensavam a cultura e o poder, a Antropofagia importa para os estudos da História e do Direito. Tal vanguarda artística tomou forma num contexto de modernização, no qual as esferas da vida se autonomizavam e de mercado editorial jornalesco, que propulsionava a modernização enquanto ideologia. Ao negar seu presente e ligar-se a um passado longínquo, que se refletia na figura do índio Caraíba, a Antropofagia criou um universo de referencial entre os seus intelectuais correspondentes, intelectuais latino-americanos em rede, os colaboradores do suporte onde era veiculada, a Revista de Antropofagia. Chamamos aqui esse referencial de selva identitária.

Abstract:
Antropophagy was an artistic avant-garde linked to Modernism in Latin America. As a movement carried out by intellectuals who thought about culture and power, Anthropophagy is important for the studies of History and also Law. This artistic avant-garde took shape in a context of modernization, in which the spheres of life became autonomous, and of the newspaper publishing market, which propelled modernization as an ideology. By denying his present and linking himself to a distant past, which was reflected in the figure of Indian Caraíba, Antropophagy created a universe of reference among its corresponding intellectuals, Latin American intellectuals in a network, the collaborators of the support where it was broadcast, the Revista de Antropofagia. We call this reference here the identity jungle.
